WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for the Nike Direct Applied Analytics Director for Korea.
This role will be responsible for building the vision and leading the Nike Direct Analytics team in Korea.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKIn this role, you will be at the heart of the business and will inform and support stakeholders to make decisions that will drive performance of the in-season Nike Direct business in Korea. Reporting to the Senior Director of APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) Nike Direct Analytics, day-to-day you will support Korea's leadership to drive insights-fueled decisions and sit on both the APLA Nike Direct Leadership Team as well as the Korea Digital Commerce Leadership Team. More than anyone you will understand the past and future performance of the business, discovering insights and driving action on risks and opportunities. You will also drive the personal growth and development of the team reporting into you. PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKThis position requires a high-energy, organized and motivated person with strong knowledge of both Digital retail analytics as well as the ability to clearly communicate insights in an actionable way. This role requires deep people management skills and experience leading and growing a team of technically skilled individuals. The right individual will be on top of Digital, Omnichannel and Brick & Mortar retail trends as well as the evolution of analytical tools and techniques. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading analysts and possesses a strong business acumen. You should know and understand Nike consumers in Seoul. A love of sports is a plus.



WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

- Lead business reviews (weekly, quarterly, etc) to a team of peers as well as to senior leaders being highly able to use an analytical approach to elaborate on deep key drivers, actions and recommendationsPAGE-BREAK
- Bring Digital and Consumer Analytics expertise into leading a team of energetic and challenge-seeking analysts. Motivate, coach and drive the development of team membersPAGE-BREAK
- Drive a shift on how the business is analyzed from a traffic/transaction approach into adding and focusing on a Consumer engagement onePAGE-BREAK
- Critical member of the main strategic planning instances for the organization as well as forecasting/budgeting processes, bringing a Marketing and Consumer science perspective to the creation of business KPIs projections.PAGE-BREAK
- Drive the strategic development of the Digital Analytics role, identifying opportunities for new types of analysis and collaborating to build the capabilities to support itPAGE-BREAK
- Be a strong partner to all Digital Commerce functional areas (site merchandising, product planning, site operations, marketing, etc.) and work in close collaboration with them to identify and perform high impact analysis on Consumer web journey, Marketing, Product performance or Customer's behaviorPAGE-BREAK
- Manage the relationship, define the requirements, prioritization and roadmap for several data capabilities projects with Nike internal as well as external agencies partners


WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKYou will be the point person for the Korea Senior Director of Digital Commerce (NDDC), supporting and partnering with the broader business functions to enable them to be data-driven for all things Nike Direct. This includes Site Merchandisers, Media, Planning, Finance and Operations. PAGE-BREAK
Last, but not least, you will be on the APLA Nike Direct Analytics Leadership team, helping to shape analytics and insights for Nike Direct across the entire geography. In summary, you will be a key contributor to the success of the business and the driver of data and insights informed decisions to our leaders in Korea and your peers across APLA.
